"Melting the Ice in the Heart of Man"

We are in the midst of an awakening, at no time in history has Mother Earth needed her children to care more than at the present. Ancient prophecies from every culture around the world warn of dramatic global change and the end of the calendar, as we know it. The ice cap far north in the Arctic is melting at an alarming rate threatening the world with consequences we can barely imagine. We're faced with the moral responsibility to direct ourselves toward a more positive spiritual and planetary evolution.

It’s time to look with eyes of faith into our future and believe we can make a difference. If we have hope, there is potential for extraordinary change - things will survive. The Elders teach us if we return to harmony in our lives, melting the ice in our hearts, reconnecting with one another, we will survive. It is time to use this knowledge to help mankind

Through stories, chants and songs, and the power of the Qilaut(the Eskimo Wind Drum), Angaangaq will introduce the teachings from the Top of the World, the Eskimo-Kalaallit people, a peaceful culture thousands of years old that has never known war.    Rooted in traditions that are thousands of years old, the teachings summon us to bridge the distance from our hearts through strength & gentleness; through compassion and love; through courage and grace, bringing about personal transformation and global healing for the times to come.

By learning the teachings that have been handed down from a peaceful culture that has never known war, we begin to understand how it’s possible to live our lives with more compassion.  The time has come to unite our voices and our hearts, to walk our spiritual path with practical feet, to restore the balance that’s been missing on the Earth.  We cannot wait.

The teachings can create experiences that empower us to live more compassionately, transforming our world one life at a time, melting the ice in the heart of man.
