Canaan Fair Trade is a Jenin-based Palestinian firm committed to practicing ‘Fair Trade’ along its supply chain. Established in 2004, Canaan markets “Products of Palestine” that are produced by the now more than 1,700 small farmers, organized in informal cooperatives and represented in the Palestine Fair Trade Association (PFTA www.palestinefairtrade.org). Canaan supplies bulk, as well as finished and packaged food goods to Europe, and North America. We offer organic olive oil in two varieties RUMI and NABAL, green olives, and tree ripened olives. We also offer Sun-dried Couscous, Sun-dried tomatoes, Za'atar (Thyme), and organic Tahini.
