Working Bikes Cooperative

Working Bikes collects, restores and gives away over 5000 bicycles a year to partner NGOs in Illinois, Wisconsin, the Gulf Coast, Angola, Tanzania, Ghana, Peru, Guatemala and Cuba. Recipients use their bikes to deliver cargo and to get to work and school. The Co-op also makes bike-powered-machines for domestic and international use.
