All levels & ages welcome
Please wear comfortable clothing for movement and if possible, bring a towel or mat. We suggest that you do not eat before any of the sessions.
Saturday Oct 6
11 am
Vinyasa Yoga - Stu Turkelson
According to Stu, there are as many different styles of yoga as there are genres of music. His intention in a powerful vinyasa workout is to inspire students to find their own rhythm. This challenging yoga class will increase strength, flexibility and stamina.
Noon
Yoga and Chi Kung - James Foulkes
British instructor James teaches yoga, meditation, chi kung, kung fu
and shamanic movement practices. In this unique class, you’ll awaken
the spine by working with breath and gravity, and with the spiritual
and energetic aspects of body/mind movement.
1 pm
Core Yoga - Kristen Krash
Join Kristen, long-time martial-arts practitioner, as she introduces
the boundless concept of outer and inner core. Learn to strengthen and
release abdominal muscles for the ultimate sense of self-empowerment
and well-being.
2 pm
Yoga Trance Dance Andrea Kiss
Andrea, modern dancer turned yogini, teaches Shiva Rea’s transdance to
inspire the discovery of natural movement. She will take students
through yogic dance, beginning with sahaja prana yoga, and then will
flow into a free-form exploration that liberates creative life-force
and cultivates embodied freedom.
3 pm
Chakra Yoga Kim Weeks
Boundless Yoga founder Kim teaches energeticbody discovery. An
energy healer, entrepreneur and yoga teacher, Kim roots her classes in
the grounding principles of the lower chakras, and in the vibrational
awareness of the upper chakras.
4 pm
Yoga Basics Kim Weeks
Kim (also teaching chakra yoga at 3 pm) teaches this yoga
fundamentals class using the Boundless method. Her multidisciplinary
approach to yoga includes understanding and developing core strength,
relaxing the mind and body into the power of the breath, and properly
aligning the skeleton.
5 pm
Vinyasa Yoga Jeannette Jackson
Jeanette considers it her job as a yoga teacher to joyfully remind
others about the capability of their bodies and the divinity of their
souls. In this vinyasa class, she challenges students through creative
sequencing to embody divine flow. Jeanette will meet you where you are,
and push you a bit further.
6 pm
Yogilates Jeannette Jackson
Jeanette (also teaching vinyasa at 5 pm) challenges students in
this unique class to discover their own strength and grace. The
particular combination of vinyasa yoga with pilates improves your
posture, helps you walk taller, expands the breath and build your core
strength.
Sunday Oct 7
Noon
Hatha Yoga Chaka Freeman
A capoeirista, Chaka grew up watching his mother practice yoga
before, during and after her pregnancy with his younger brother. He
takes a therapeutic approach to his classes, taking students on a slow
journey to discover their inner awareness. Chaka is also famous for his
deep adjustments.
1 pm
Yoga for Guys Chaka Freeman
Chaka (also teaching hatha yoga at 12 pm) helps men gain
flexibility and more efficient use of their muscular strength. He
teaches specific ways to get rid of low back and neck pain with
constant reminders to forgive those hamstrings. This class is
meditative and physically challenging.
2 pm
Vinyasa Yoga Stu Turkelson

3 pm
Yoga Basics Orly Jalowski
A self-pronounced mystic and student of Buddhism in the Mayahana
tradition, Orly teaches introductionlevel yoga in a warm,
non-judgmental way. If you’re new to yoga or want to relax from the
festival into a few postures, take Orly’s basic class!
4 pm
Meditation and Yoga Orly Jalowski
Orly (also teaching yoga basics at 3 pm) teaches meditation in all
of her classes. In this particular class, learn how to prepare your
body for meditation, and discover meditation techniques you can
practice regularly or on-the-go.
