Mendler is a Design Principal and Senior Vice President for HOK in San Francisco, with over 20 years experience leading the programming and design of diverse building types. A nationally recognized, award winning sustainable design leader, she has contributed to numerous high profile showcase projects. Mendler is co-author of the HOK Guidebook to Sustainable Design, published by John Wiley & Sons, and speaks often at conferences and industry events.
