Green Festival places exhibitors in booth spaces that provide them the best visibility based on budget and industry category. For businesses and organizations who are seeking to enhance their visibility and direct marketing impact, we offer special marketing upgrades and packages in addition to the Basic Booth Package all exhibitors receive.

Basic Booth Package

Based on our standard 10' x 10' booth, exhibitors receive:

• Pipe and drape 8ft tall back walls with 3ft tall side rails in a color scheme of black and ivory
• One 6ft draped table in black with two folding chairs and one ID booth number sign
• Four exhibitor badges with organization name
• Six Green Festival weekend guest pass wristbands provided at Will Call under the organization name
• A listing on Greenfestivals.org Exhibitor Directory and Green Festival’s Event Guide including Organization Name, Website Address, Booth Number (Event guide only), and a (65)-character company description
• All inclusive Flat Fee for booth materials or products shipped in advance, shipped to show site or delivered to show site
