Step 1: Apply to Exhibit
To apply to exhibit at Green Festival, fill out the Apply to Exhibit online form. If your application is accepted, our Exhibitor Sales team will contact you with more information.
Step 2: Receive Contract from Exhibitor Sales Team
If your application to exhibit at Green Festival has been accepted, then you will be contacted by the Exhibitor Sales team at Seven Star, Inc.
Step 3: Return Your Contract and Payment
To reserve their booth location, each exhibitor has one week (seven days) to return the signed contract and payment to the Exhibitor Sales team. For questions about your contract, contact the Exhibitor Sales & Support team.
Step 4: Submit your listing to the Online Directory
With our new website we have modified the system for submitting exhibitor listings. With this system it will no longer be necessary to log in to create listings. Instead, placeholder listings will be created for each exhibitor with name, website, and category by the Green Festivals team.Exhibitors will be invited to submit replacement listings with richer information (i.e. logos and 7 word descriptions for the event guide). They will be published pending approval, and the placeholder listings will be removed and replaced with the new listings. We ask that exhibitors take care in submitting the replacement listings, and submit only one replacement listing per year. This listing will serve for multiple cities.
Step 5: Download the Exhibitor Information Kit
When the Exhibitor Information Kit is available (2-3 months before the event), the Exhibitor Sales team will email you a link to download your kit online. The Exhibitor Information Kit is filled with all the information you need to have a successful event and will be available 2-3 months prior to the event. If you have problems downloading the kit, please contact the Exhibitor Sales & Support team.
Returning Exhibitors: Please note that each year's Exhibitor Information Kit is unique, as is each Green Festival. Please familiarize yourself with the procedures set forth in this manual as it pertains to this specific Green Festival.
Step 6: Sign and Fax the Receipt from your Kit
Once you have downloaded the Exhibitor Information Kit to you computer, you must fax in a signed Acknowledgment Receipt from the document, which states that you have read the information in the kit. Find the receipt on Page 2 of the Exhibitor Information Kit. Fax your receipt to the Exhibit Sales team at 828-254-4287.
Step 7: Place orders for services and supplies
See your Exhibitor Information Kit to learn more about ordering information for additional matterials and services (eg, booth furnishings, electricity, phone lines, internet, ice, bioware). The Exhibitor Information Kit provides order forms for supplemental materials and/or additional services. Please place all orders by deadlines, as outlined in the Kit—late orders will be subject to additional fees.
Step 8: Exhibit!
At the event, you are responsible for reading, understanding, and meeting all guidelines and compliance in each of the kits: Exhibitor Information Kit, Show Decorator Kit, and if applicable, the Food and Beverage Vendors and Samplers Kit.
