Ayurveda: Mother of All Healing / OmSpring

OmSpring is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to natural healing through Ayurvedic practices. Ayurveda, an ancient holistic method of healing practiced by the yogis in India, is based on the Hindu vedas from which the discipline of yoga also emerged. Ayurveda is a perfect and complete system of natural healthcare, and complements other forms of healing.

Suteja Navarro leads OmSpring as a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist and Pancha Karma Specialist practicing Myofascial Release therapy, yoga, and meditation. She has a decade of monastic experience and is based in San Francisco where she consults with and heals people of all ages, backgrounds, and physical conditions.

At booth #125, you can learn more about Ayurveda and have a transformative bodywork session, Ayurvedic consultation, or relaxing foot massage with aromatic warm oils.
