Exhibiting Process

Step 1: Apply to Exhibit |

Thank you for your interest in Green Festivals! Seven-Star, Inc. manages all exhibit sales. Should you have any questions or need support, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Fill out this online form with your information. Our Exhibit Sales team will contact you if they would like you to exhibit at the event.

Step 2: Receive Exhibit Reservation Contract Form from Sales Team if Accepted |
|
|
|
When you have been accepted you will be contacted by the Seven Star, Inc. Exhibit Sales team.
|
|
Step 3: Return Contract and Booth Payment to sales team. |
|
|
|
Each exhibitor has one week (seven days) to return the signed contract and payment to retain their booth location.

Step 4: Add your listing to GF website |
|
|
|
With our new website we have modified the system for submitting exhibitor listings. With this system it will no longer be necessary to log in to create listings. Instead, placeholder listings will be created for each exhibitor with name, website, and category by the Green Festivals team.
Exhibitors will be invited to submit replacement listings with richer information (i.e. logos and 7 word descriptions for the event guide). They will be published pending approval, and the placeholder listings will be removed and replaced with the new listings. We ask that exhibitors take care in submitting the replacement listings, and submit only one replacement listing per year. This listing will serve for multiple cities.

Step 5: Download the Exhibitor Information Kit to your computer. |
|
|
|
The Exhibitor Information Kit is filled with all the information you need to have a successful event and will be available 2-3 months prior to the event.
Returning Green Festival exhibitors: be aware that each Green Festival is unique and that last year’s kit does not apply. Be sure to familiarize yourself with the procedures set forth in this manual as it pertains to this specific Green Festival.
To download your Exhibitor Information Kit and other important documents, please use the link that has been sent to you by the Exhibit Sales team. If you are having difficulty downloading this, contact exhibit support.

Step 6: Fax Acknowledgement Receipt to Exhibit Sales |

|
Once you have downloaded the Exhibitor Information Kit to you computer, you must fax in a signed Acknowledgment Receipt (page 2 of the Exhibitor Information Kit) from the document stating that you have read the information in the kit.

Step 7: Place orders needed by deadlines stated in guide. |

|
The Exhibitor Information Kit provides order forms for supplemental materials and/or additional services (booth furnishings, electricity, phone lines, internet, ice, bioware, etc.)
Deadlines are firm and late orders have monetary penalties and fees.

Step 8: Exhibit! |
|
|
|
You are responsible for reading, understanding and meeting all guidelines and compliance set forth in each of the kits: Exhibitor Information Kit, Show Decorator Kit and if applicable the Food and Beverage Vendors and Samplers kit.
