In Chicago we partner with institutions including the Chicago Public Schools, Midway and O'Hare Airports, and McCormick Place to source local and responsibly produced food for their foodservice programs. Nationally, we train small and mid-size produce farmers in food safety through our Wholesale Success Trainings.
