Daniel Homsey

Daniel Homsey is the director of Strategic Initiatives for the City Administrator's office of the City and County of San Francisco.A third generation San Franciscan and graduate from San Francisco State University and The California Culinary Academy (CCA), Daniel has spent the last 25 years as a communications professional in both the private and public sectors. After a long stint in the technology sector, he was appointed director of the mayor's office of neighborhood services in 2004. In January 2008 he joined the Recovery Project Team in the city administrator's office.Mr. Homsey is the project manager for an initiative called the Neighborhood Empowerment Network, which is a coalition of residents, community supported organizations, nonprofits, academic institutions, and government agencies with the mission to empower residents with the capacity to build and steward resilient communities.Daniel Homsey is the director of Strategic Initiatives for the City Administrator's office of the City and County of San Francisco.
