Since joining Sea Shepherd in 2008 David Hance has participated in both on-shore and off shore outreach and education. Sea Shepherd’s major campaign in the Arctic, attempting to stop the “ICR”, a Japanese whaling fleet, from illegally poaching whales in protected waters.This campaign is featured on Animal Planets’ “Whale Wars”. Jesse Williams is a rising American actor, known for his featured role on the ABC series ‘Grey's Anatomy.’ Recently, Jesse appeared in the hit film Lee Daniels' The Butler as civil rights leader Rev. James Lawson. Jesse has worked with his colleagues on an innovative transmedia project called ‘Question Bridge’ which facilitates dialogue between black men from diverse, contending backgrounds. Executive Director Jesse Williams will trace how “Question Bridge: Black Males started out as an art project and is quickly becoming a movement.”
