On Earth Day Weekend, April 19-21, New York City Green Festival returns to Javits Center North celebrate community with the largest, most diverse and most trusted place for learning, shopping, networking and having fun. The Festival will feature favorites, like the organic, vegetarian and vegan food court; the Sierra Club Green Cinema; eco-fashion exhibits; hands-on DIY workshops; live music; an organic beer and wine garden; inspiring keynote presentations and, a nationally renowned Green Marketplace featuring products and services from local, regional and national green and sustainable businesses and organizations.

Plus, new in 2013, New York City Green Festival launches B2B Green Trade Day, an afternoon dedicated to bringing together New York Green Festival exhibitors to sell and take orders from regional retail store buyers. During the festival weekend, enjoy exhibitor demonstration areas throughout the floor, ranging from home installations eco-fashion displays and jewelry, to home and office services, food preparation and much more.

New York City Green Festival is renowned for its rich and inspiring keynote presentations, workshops, demonstrations, artistic installations and interactive fun. Listen, learn, discuss and connect in a weekend packed with locally and nationally acclaimed social and environmental authors, leaders, experts, celebrities, advocates and cultural icons.

Our hearts and thoughts go out to the many families that were affected by the recent tragedy in Boston. We have taken extra security precautions to make the upcoming New York Green Festival a safe and secure event.

The New York City Public Safety Department has instituted additional security procedures, which include checking trucks and vehicles around Javits Center as well as having the NYPD provide additional foot patrols.
