Green Kids Zone
Other stages and pavilions may be fun, but the kids know the real party is at the Green Kids Zone. Get them interested in the natural world with engaging and educational activities. The young at heart enjoy videos, crafts face painting and a parade.
Fair Trade Pavilion
Every product bought is an opportunity to make a statement. Most products often come from thousands of miles away and affect countless people throughout the supply chain. Fair trade is a commerce that focuses on producer empowerment, equality, and economic development. With fair trade products you support the world and the economy. Visit the Fair Trade Pavilion to learn about positive local solutions available to put an end to global social injustices.
Sustainable Home and Garden Pavilion
Looking to green your everyday life? Stop by the Sustainable Home and Garden Pavilion and learn how to green your home and garden from the experts. Discover practical tips for everyday living, including how to compost, build an urban garden and live a more enlightened life. Topics include horticulture, permaculture, composting, edible landscaping, herb gardening, vertical farming and seasonal plantings.
Green Business Pavilion
Are you an established green business or just starting your sustainability journey? Find green business tools and resources at the Green Business Pavilion! Green America’s Green Business Network offers two days of green business seminars and workshops including the Eco-preneurs Showcase and networking. Green business owners and representatives gather for FREE informative sessions about greening, financing, and marketing your green business.
Acoustic Café
Come relax and escape the crowds at the Acoustic Café, featuring local singer-songwriters, spoken word and performance artists. Move and groove, enjoy a latte, or just sit back and be entertained all weekend!
DIY Demo Area
Ready to get your hands busy? Learn by doing at this workshop tent. How-to workshops on vertical gardens and living walls, small-scale renewable energy projects, water catchment and grey-water systems, natural building and more.
Sierra Club Green Cinema
Green Festival is excited to partner with the Sierra Club on a collection of impactful shorts and trailers, produced by the Emmy-Award Winning Sierra Club Productions, and covering a variety of social and environmental topics. The Sierra Club Green Cinema is located in the Food Court. Sit back, relax, be informed and entertained!
Green Careers Resource Center
Whether seeking your first green job, or already in a green career looking to advance – at the Green Career Resource Center located upstairs in the Mezzanine, you will find the tools to map out your career and locate ideal job openings. The Center features a jobs board, one-on-one coaching, networking and more.
