Vicangelo Bulluck is the Executive Director of the Hollywood Bureau of the NAACP. Since 2002, Vic has expertly supervised the production of the NAACP Image Awards ceremony. In addition to its role in the Image Awards, the Hollywood Bureau serves as the association's headquarters for addressing issues of minority representation in creative and technical positions in entertainment and lobbying and negotiating with industry officials to expand opportunities for people of color.

He has worked on a wide variety of television and film projects, from the courtroom reality series The Judge Greg Mathis Show to the documentary Alex Haley: An American Griot to awards shows for Essence magazine and the Apollo theater's It's Showtime. Prior to assuming the position of Executive Director of the Hollywood Bureau, he served as producer of the Image Awards since its first national broadcast in 1986.

Vic started his career as an Interdisciplinary Major in English, Theater, Philosophy, and Journalism at the University of Southern California. Vic knew early on that he wanted to make a living at being creative. He dedicated himself to making that dream a reality.
