Adair Lindsay



Adair Lindsay believes in the innate power of the body to heal itself when nourished with healthy, whole foods. Educated in evidence-based medicine, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Earlham College and completed a Master’s Degree in Nutrition at Bastyr University, a globally recognized school of natural medicine. She completed her Dietetic Internship with Virginia Tech. Adair is a Regional Trainer for Genesis Today and travels up and down the east coast educating people with simple tips for staying healthy. Adair also has a private practice called Eating with Integrity, located in Annandale, VA. Since 2011, she has served on the Executive Board of the Northern Virginia Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (NVAND) and currently holds the position of Council on Practice Chair of Sustainable Food Systems. Her most recent accomplishment includes receiving the prestigious 2013 Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year award.
