Pooja Mottl is a Green Chef, Culinary Instructor, and Healthy Living Coach. She is a graduate of the Chef's Training Program at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts (NGI), accredited by ACCET. Pooja specializes in making greener, healthier food delicious and simple to cook. Her creations, training, and food philosophy are based on the use of sustainable, organic, and unrefined ingredients to boost flavor and wholesomeness. She is the founder of www.PoojasWay.com, a frequent contributor to AOL Huffington Post Media Group, and before her career in green living, worked as a financial and economic analyst both on Wall Street and for the United States Government. Pooja has been featured on Good Morning America, Martha Stewart Radio, WGN-TIV, and various other media properties. She is a co-author of the report "Not So Sweet: Missing Mercury and High Fructose Corn Syrup," published by the Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy, January 2009.
