Whether you are a seasoned yogi, or trying out yoga and movement classes for the first time, this is the spot to enjoy two full days of free classes; enjoy meeting Los Angeles' finest yoga, dance, and meditation instructors; stretch yourself to bliss; and take home great tips for peaceful and enjoyable exercise.

Luke Ketterhagen - received teacher certification from Himalayan International Institute of Yoga Science and Philosophy; authored the "Asana Basics" column for Yoga International Magazine from December 2003 to December 2004; served as former owner and director of Uptown Yoga in Dallas, TX, and Director of Programming and the principal teacher at East West Yoga in Manhattan during its re-launch; and, currently teaches classes, workshops and teacher training programs in Southern California and around the US.

Philip Fraser - international Art of Living instructor who has taught yoga and mediation for the past 22 years.

Joan Wulfsohn - soloist in the National Ballet (KPAB) of South Africa and has taught dance at the University of Nanterre in Paris, Le Centre International de Danse in Cannes, El Centro National del Teatro in Barcelona and the Lee Strasberg Theater Institute, among others. Wulfsohn teaches bodywork and movement technique for healing, aligning the body building muscle strength and strengthening joints. 

gfyoga4Camilla Davenport - creator of "Stepping into Goddess" classes and workshops, and monthly online video series, "Food & Flow," that she hosts with Vegan chef Melissa Costello for Yogamint.

Brad Keimach - has studied Hatha yoga with Max Strom, Saul David Raye, Sarah Powers, Georg Feuerstein, Gabriella Giubilaro and Tias Little, as well as taught yoga at Exhale since its opening and at Maha Yoga, Dance Home and Brentwood Yoga.

Umoh Luna - highly gifted channeler, healer and author who uses her intuitive abilities to help people get un-stuck and create positive massive transformation. She specializes in obstacle annihilation and loves working with women, artists, entrepreneurs, educators and visionaries.

Jordan Ross Allen - integral part of the instructional staff at the Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing in Culver City where he has been teaching massage, holistic philosophy and Tai Chi for the last 12 years and has been teaching Tai Chi on the beach at Creative Chakra since 2006.

Hoopnotica - what was made popular by Wham-O in the 50's (remember the Hula Hoop?) has transitioned into a non-impact, fat-burning workout that strengthens your core, and calms your mind.

gfyoga3Felicia Tomasko - an Ayurvedic Practitioner and Editor-in-Chief of LA Yoga Magazine. She has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching since 1997.

Goli Gabbay Kafka - leading expert on teaching yoga for emotional and mental health. She teaches weekly Vinyasa Flow studio classes at Fred Segal Yoga in Santa Monica and has been teaching yoga, meditation and mind-body awareness for 13 years to high profile, celebrity clientele (Gerard Butler, Ashlee Simpson and others).

Sandie West - owner of Creative Chakra Spa in Maria del Rey and was at one time the stunt double for Pink Power Ranger. She has certifications for teaching/performing massage, yoga, Pilates, and personal training.

Dr. Sarah Larsen - medical intuitive, nutritional counselor, 3rd generation palm reader and a life coach whose mission is to bring Eastern and Western medical traditions together for the best possible you.
