Washington, D.C. (October, 2009) – Green Festival, the nation’s largest green living event made its sixth trip to America’s Capital this October. More than 30,000 guests packed the D.C. Convention Center for the three-day celebration of green living. This year Green Festival highlighted sustainability issues that have been making headlines during the first year of the Obama administration, from climate change and green jobs to local farming and eco-construction.
